Dung is an everyday usage of people in Tibet. It is good fertilizer for the grass to help it grow. PLus it also helps make houses. But Tibet does not have coal-fired powered station and there is a shortage of energy. There are more solar powered generators than anywhere else in china. But in the rush to build these plants, Tibet must not overlook environmental impact assessments and protection.
